This class will help you improve your mobility & flexibility for golf specific skills. This weekly class will focus on common problem areas like shoulders, hips & the spine.

These classes will guide you through a series of gentle exercises designed to strengthen your body, prepare for childbirth, and promote a smooth postpartum recovery.
