A six week strength series focused on movements and muscle groups that runners need most for performance and injury prevention

Sessions run for 6 weeks, meeting two days a week.

Any athlete who considers themselves a runner who would like to get stronger, faster and more capable in their running endeavors.

Small group sessions will be meeting at the Pursuit Physical Therapy Clinic in Argyle, TX.

Each class is $40 (12 classes per session) 2 options of payment: Full payment for $450 or per class (must have a card on file).

We will not have formal make up times, however you will have access to the class workout plan so that you can perform it when you are gone.
