resilient runner’s club

  • A six week strength series focused on movements and muscle groups that runners need most for performance and injury prevention

  • Sessions run for 6 weeks, meeting two days a week.

  • Any athlete who considers themselves a runner who would like to get stronger, faster and more capable in their running endeavors.

  • Small group sessions will be meeting at the Pursuit Physical Therapy Clinic in Argyle, TX.

  • Each class is $40 (12 classes per session) 2 options of payment: Full payment for $450 or per class (must have a card on file).

  • We will not have formal make up times, however you will have access to the class workout plan so that you can perform it when you are gone.

    • Running specific strength training for 12 classes

    • Access to the class workout plan

    • You will also have the ability to purchase an add on formal Running Analysis performed by Pursuit Physical Therapy (appointment required)
