Our Process

Your initial evaluation starts with a one hour session

During this session you can expect:

A full evaluation of your pain level and activity restrictions.

Answer questions about your diagnosis and recovery timeframe.

Discuss any fitness or performance concerns.

Develop a roadmap for recovery based on your specific activity goals.

You’ll receive a personalized plan of care complete with a good faith estimate on the number of visits you’ll need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Packages are available at a discounted rate based on the volume of visits and can be purchased following your evaluation.​

Patients are able to pre-purchase packages of sessions in preparation for the inevitable bumps and bruises that come with training for an event or competition or to save for a rainy day.
